Projects for former Shell subsidiary include integration with Salesforce.com and Web Hosting.

February 19, 2007 - Greenland, NH - Integrated Development Corp. (IDC) a leader in content-managed website development, marketing, and programming services, has been selected by data warehousing giant Kalido to provide major enhancements to the company's website (www.kalido.com).

Projects completed thus far include integrating the site's data collection processes with Salesforce.com, enabling Kalido's sales and marketing teams to respond to customers more efficiently. IDC is also assuming Kalido's Web Hosting responsibilities.

Integration with Salesforce.com
IDC has automated Kalido's data collection process by enabling information collected through web registration forms to go directly into Salesforce.com, its Customer Relationship Management solution.

IDC created a seamless solution that pulls crucial customer data from Kalido's web databases and displays it in Salesforce.com. Accounts, including contact transactions, are found automatically, and notifications are sent to the appropriate account manager and are tracked on the site. The integration enables Kalido to process web leads in minutes instead of hours.

"What distinguishes IDC from other web companies is that we have the flexibility and the expertise to pick the appropriate technology to solve specific business problems," says IDC president Steve Steiner. "We're confident that we can provide immediate and long-range benefits that drive sales." IDC is also managing web hosting for Kalido's US and European websites in an effort to enhance security, streamline response time and maintenance, and reduce costs.
